Golossary: Casatiello

Typical rich ring-shaped “bread” from Naples or Sorrento region, stuffed with chopped ham, bacon or other salumi, cheese,  and topped with hard boiled eggs. It is typically made for Easter. It is also traditionally brought on the traditional picnic lunch on Pasquetta (Easter Monday.)
